What Happens After You Send Your Request
- We review your request. A team member reads every request and checks Dr. Brand’s schedule for times that match the day and time of day you picked.
- We call or email you to confirm. Expect to hear from us within one business day. Your appointment is set once we have agreed on a time with you.
- We check your insurance before you arrive. If you have PPO dental insurance, give us your plan details when we call and we will verify your benefits, so you know what to expect before your visit.

Your First Visit with Dr. Brand
New patients start with a comprehensive exam. Dr. Nechama Brand reviews your health history, takes low-radiation digital X-rays, checks your teeth, gums and bite, and looks for early signs of gum disease, decay and jaw problems. Using an intraoral camera, she shows you what she sees on a screen and talks through your options and costs before any treatment begins.
If you are coming in for something specific, such as Invisalign, veneers, dental implants or a crown, choose it in the form above so we can schedule enough time for a full consultation.
What to Bring
- A photo ID and your dental insurance card, if you have one
- A list of the medications and supplements you take
- Recent dental X-rays from another office, if you have them; this can save you from repeating them
- Your ticket from the Grant Park North garage, so we can validate your parking

How soon can I get an appointment?
Pick a preferred day and time of day in the form, and we will offer the closest available opening. Dental emergencies are seen the same day whenever possible, so call for urgent problems.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We see patients by appointment only. If you have a dental emergency, call 312-313-9685 during office hours and we will do our best to see you the same day.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and file claims for you. We are not a Medicaid or Medicare provider. We also offer CareCredit financing and in-office payment plans for treatment that is not fully covered. Tell us about your plan when we call and we will verify your benefits.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. Let us know in the “Anything we should know?” box and we will try to book family members back to back.
