Dental care begins with understanding your priorities
Choosing a dentist in Chicago often starts with a practical question: what do you need help with right now? You might be establishing care after a move, following up on an unresolved concern, or trying to understand a change in your mouth. Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park provides broad general, preventive, and emergency dentistry context for that conversation. Ask the office about a visit suited to your reason for seeking care.
It helps to distinguish your immediate concern from your longer-term goals. A sore tooth may need attention before a discussion about maintaining a routine. Conversely, someone without discomfort may want guidance about prevention and ongoing dental health. Explain both priorities so the initial scheduling conversation reflects what matters to you.
General dentistry
General dental care considers your teeth, gums, symptoms, and relevant health history together. When contacting the office, describe what has changed and what you hope to understand. Ask which appointment would provide an appropriate starting point.
Preventive discussions can address brushing, cleaning between teeth, dietary habits, and personal risk factors. Your history and current findings help determine suitable recommendations. Mention any barriers that make your usual home care difficult.
Urgent dental concerns
An injury, new swelling, or significant tooth pain changes the priority of your request. Share those details immediately and ask about the next appropriate action. Review the emergency information if you are uncertain which warning signs require urgent attention.
Exams, cleanings, same-day crowns, cosmetic and implant dentistry under one roof.

A named dentist and an established Chicago address
Dr. Nechama Brand leads Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park. The practice is located in the Loop at 30 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1503, Chicago, IL 60602. Knowing the dentist's name and the actual office location helps you move from a broad citywide search to a specific conversation about your needs.
Chicago offers many possible routes between home, work, and appointments. Consider how this North Michigan Avenue location fits into your own day rather than relying only on a city label. If you are arranging a visit during a workday, account for the appointment itself and the time needed to reach the suite.
A useful first conversation should help you clarify the next step. Prepare questions about scheduling, your main concern, and the information needed before a visit. If a particular treatment or accommodation is essential, ask about it explicitly. These practical details can help you decide whether to pursue an appointment at this location.

A Truly Positive Experience!
I can't thank this dental office enough! From my very first visit with the hygienist to my most recent appointment, every interaction has been absolutely delightful. I've already raved about my experience to several people.
I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything went. I genuinely felt **no pain**, even after the Novocain wore off, which was a huge relief. My only "challenge" now is remembering to chew on my right side because my treated left side feels so incredibly normal!
The entire team made what could have been a daunting change a truly positive experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Brand, thank you! She is a very confident, positive and vibrant person.
Dr. Brand understands the practicality, importance and artistic value of one’s teeth. The dental areas/spaces have advanced technological equipment and the best part is WTTW’s Food Channel. The attentive and professional tone of the dental assistants and office staff is noted as they work alongside Dr. Brand.
Personally, for over 50 years I’ve walked into these offices and received excellent dental care and advice. Again, thanks!

Ended up breaking my tooth in a skateboard accident. Dr. Brand saw me that day. She capped the tooth and it looks like nothing happened. I tell people I broke a tooth and show the repair and they are always amazed by how normal it looks (down to the slight yellowing to match my natural teeth). Would highly recommend for cosmetic dental procedures.
Dr Brand is amazing. We travel from the far suburbs to see her. She is kind, patient and down to earth. Listens to our concerns and is an excellent dentist. She is a perfectionist in her work, which is exactly what we want with our oral care.
When a tooth goes AWOL, sideways, you name it, you would think a trip to the dentist would be the last form of pleasure on Earth. Au contraire, mon ami. Premier Dentistry is my favorite destination for tooth repairs and maintenance. Dr. Brand is superb. Everyone at Premier is tops.
Dr. Brand's expertise, thoroughness in her care and explanations, responsiveness, and kind manner make the experience highly valued. I feel fortunate to be in her care.
The staff at Premier Dentistry is always helpful! Received a reminder call to pre-med for my appointment, had a good cleaning with Natalie and an exam with Dr. Brand. Visits are always a very pleasant experience.
It is always a very pleasant experience to go to Premier Dentistry. Everyone on staff is professional, polite, friendly, and very skilled. Dr. Brand is an excellent dentist who makes any dental work easy and understandable. I highly recommend Premier Dentistry.
Dr. Brand and the whole team at Premier Dentistry are just exceptional. I never write reviews, but this team truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Brand is an incredible dentist- knowledgeable, efficient, and empathetic about any anxiety you might be having. Can’t really recommend this team enough!
Highly recommend. been going to Dr. Brand and Premier Dentistry for years, and they are the best dental practice I've ever been to. Dr. Brand is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, as are all of the hygienists, receptionists, and other people there. They make communications and appointments easy, are flexible, and always discuss costs thoroughly with me beforehand.
Dr. Brand has solved some dental issues that other practices either caused or had no solution for. I wish I could bring them with me when I move out of Chicago soon!
You can provide useful information without knowing dental terminology. Say where the problem is, when it began, and what makes it better or worse. If you cannot identify a specific tooth, describe the side of your mouth and whether the discomfort feels upper or lower. Report recent injuries and any changes in your general health.
Symptoms that seem small can still deserve attention when they persist. A recurring sore spot, food repeatedly catching in one place, or a bite that suddenly feels uneven may be worth discussing. Avoid assuming that a change is harmless simply because it does not produce constant pain.
Discomfort when biting
Note whether discomfort occurs as you bite down, when you release pressure, or throughout chewing. Avoid deliberately provoking it to test the tooth. Share any recent damage or dental work as part of the history.
Describe the location of swelling and whether you also have fever, drainage, or feel unwell. These details can affect urgency. Rapidly spreading facial or neck swelling or difficulty swallowing requires immediate medical attention.
Explain whether a tooth chipped, a filling appears damaged, or something came loose. Keep recovered pieces in a clean container and avoid biting on the area. A photograph may help you describe the change, but it cannot replace an examination.
Understand the questions behind a dental recommendation
A useful dental discussion connects a finding with what it means for you. Ask what was observed, whether more information is needed, and how the concern relates to your symptoms. If treatment is recommended, ask about its purpose, alternatives, and the consequences of delaying it. Understanding those points supports an informed decision.
Pain intensity alone does not determine the condition of a tooth. A painful tooth can have several possible causes, while some developing problems cause little discomfort. Similarly, the disappearance of pain does not always mean the underlying issue has resolved. Share the full sequence of events instead of only describing how you feel at that moment.
Dental images may be useful when clinically indicated, but they are only one part of an assessment. Previous records, your health history, symptoms, and examination findings also matter. Ask why an image is being recommended and whether earlier images are relevant. The appropriate approach depends on the question the clinician needs to answer.
Daily routines remain important between appointments. Brush with fluoride toothpaste, clean between teeth, and limit frequent exposure to sugary foods and drinks. If brushing hurts or cleaning between certain teeth is difficult, explain the obstacle. Advice is more useful when it addresses what you can realistically do and the areas where you need help.
Organize your visit before leaving home or work
Begin with a short written list of your priorities. Put pain, swelling, trauma, or other active symptoms first. Add questions about ongoing care underneath. This keeps the conversation focused if you feel rushed or anxious and helps you remember concerns that might otherwise be easy to overlook.
Prepare your medication list, allergies, relevant medical conditions, and details of recent dental treatment. Include supplements and nonprescription medicines. If you are pregnant, have had a recent medical change, or have been given specific advice by another clinician, mention it. Do not change prescribed medicines on your own in preparation for a dental appointment.
Before agreeing to a visit, ask about the initial cost and what the appointment is intended to cover. If further care is discussed, request an explanation of the proposed steps and associated estimates. For dental benefits, verify the relevant terms with your insurer and ask the office what information it needs. Keep financial questions connected to the actual care being considered.

About dentist chicago and visiting Premier Dentistry.
How can I contact Premier Dentistry about dentist chicago?
Use the call link on this page to speak with the practice about your dental concern and appointment availability. Our office is at 30 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 1503, Chicago, IL 60602. Describe what brings you in so the team can help you plan the next step.
Where is Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park in Chicago?
The office is at 30 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1503, Chicago, IL 60602, in the Chicago Loop. Use the full address and suite when planning your journey. If you are unfamiliar with the building or need accessibility information, contact the office before traveling. Confirming the destination and appointment arrangements is especially useful when fitting a visit around work or other commitments.
Who is the dentist at the practice?
Dr. Nechama Brand leads Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park. If you are considering a visit, prepare questions about your dental concern and the kind of care you are seeking. When a particular procedure is important to your decision, ask the office about its current scope and whether your situation is appropriate for an appointment there. Bring your questions to the visit so the dentist can discuss the options for your needs.
How should I compare dentists across Chicago?
Start with the care you need, then compare practical factors such as location and appointment arrangements. Verify information that directly affects your decision, including a specific service, an accommodation, or how visit costs will be discussed. Keep a short list of the same questions for each office so you can compare answers clearly. Citywide search rankings alone cannot establish whether a practice fits your individual situation.
What if another dentist has already recommended treatment?
Explain that you have an existing recommendation and want to discuss it. Ask whether relevant records, images, or a written treatment proposal should be provided before a visit. Prepare questions about the finding, the goal of treatment, possible alternatives, and timing. A new assessment may need additional information. If you have worsening pain or swelling, report those symptoms rather than treating the request as a purely routine discussion.
How can I discuss dental anxiety without choosing a procedure first?
Describe the parts of dental care that concern you, such as unfamiliar sounds, sensitivity, difficulty remaining comfortable, or uncertainty about costs. Ask what communication and comfort arrangements can be discussed for your visit. You can request explanations before decisions are made and clarify how to signal discomfort. Specific accommodations or medication options should be discussed directly rather than assumed from the practice's general dental services.
When should I seek emergency help instead of continuing my dentist search?
Call 911 or seek emergency medical care for difficulty breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading swelling of the face or neck, uncontrolled heavy bleeding, or a serious facial injury. Tooth pain with fever or swelling calls for prompt professional assessment, even if you are still choosing a regular dentist. For an isolated dental concern without those medical warning signs, contact a dentist promptly and describe the symptoms so the appropriate next step can be discussed.
