A Truly Positive Experience!
I can't thank this dental office enough! From my very first visit with the hygienist to my most recent appointment, every interaction has been absolutely delightful. I've already raved about my experience to several people.
I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything went. I genuinely felt **no pain**, even after the Novocain wore off, which was a huge relief. My only "challenge" now is remembering to chew on my right side because my treated left side feels so incredibly normal!
The entire team made what could have been a daunting change a truly positive experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Brand, thank you! She is a very confident, positive and vibrant person.
Dr. Brand understands the practicality, importance and artistic value of one’s teeth. The dental areas/spaces have advanced technological equipment and the best part is WTTW’s Food Channel. The attentive and professional tone of the dental assistants and office staff is noted as they work alongside Dr. Brand.
Personally, for over 50 years I’ve walked into these offices and received excellent dental care and advice. Again, thanks!

Ended up breaking my tooth in a skateboard accident. Dr. Brand saw me that day. She capped the tooth and it looks like nothing happened. I tell people I broke a tooth and show the repair and they are always amazed by how normal it looks (down to the slight yellowing to match my natural teeth). Would highly recommend for cosmetic dental procedures.
Dr Brand is amazing. We travel from the far suburbs to see her. She is kind, patient and down to earth. Listens to our concerns and is an excellent dentist. She is a perfectionist in her work, which is exactly what we want with our oral care.
When a tooth goes AWOL, sideways, you name it, you would think a trip to the dentist would be the last form of pleasure on Earth. Au contraire, mon ami. Premier Dentistry is my favorite destination for tooth repairs and maintenance. Dr. Brand is superb. Everyone at Premier is tops.
Dr. Brand's expertise, thoroughness in her care and explanations, responsiveness, and kind manner make the experience highly valued. I feel fortunate to be in her care.
The staff at Premier Dentistry is always helpful! Received a reminder call to pre-med for my appointment, had a good cleaning with Natalie and an exam with Dr. Brand. Visits are always a very pleasant experience.
It is always a very pleasant experience to go to Premier Dentistry. Everyone on staff is professional, polite, friendly, and very skilled. Dr. Brand is an excellent dentist who makes any dental work easy and understandable. I highly recommend Premier Dentistry.
Dr. Brand and the whole team at Premier Dentistry are just exceptional. I never write reviews, but this team truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Brand is an incredible dentist- knowledgeable, efficient, and empathetic about any anxiety you might be having. Can’t really recommend this team enough!
Highly recommend. been going to Dr. Brand and Premier Dentistry for years, and they are the best dental practice I've ever been to. Dr. Brand is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, as are all of the hygienists, receptionists, and other people there. They make communications and appointments easy, are flexible, and always discuss costs thoroughly with me beforehand.
Dr. Brand has solved some dental issues that other practices either caused or had no solution for. I wish I could bring them with me when I move out of Chicago soon!
A useful review describes a person's own experience in enough detail to give it context. Look for when the visit happened, what prompted it and which parts of the experience the reviewer describes. A routine visit and an unexpected dental problem may raise different questions.
Read beyond a star score. Comments about explanations, opportunities to ask questions and understanding charges can help you decide what to ask before your own appointment. One person's experience cannot establish which treatment you need or what it will cost.
Communication
Look for specific descriptions of how questions were answered and treatment choices were explained. Use those details to prepare questions about your own care.
Costs and expectations
Notice whether a review distinguishes the examination, proposed treatment and insurance payment. Another patient's total is not a price estimate for your visit.
Check the review date and the circumstances of the visit. A past account of a quick appointment does not establish the schedule for a future visit.
Turn patient perspectives into useful questions
Write down what matters to you before contacting Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park. If dental visits make you anxious, explain what has been difficult in the past and ask how to communicate when you need a pause. If cost is your main concern, ask about examination fees and how to obtain an estimate for proposed treatment.
For a painful tooth or recent injury, lead with your symptoms. Describe when the problem began, whether it is worsening and whether you have swelling, fever or bleeding. These details matter more to the immediate conversation than how closely another review resembles your situation.
Contact the office
Prepare your questions about scheduling, the reason for your visit and information to bring.
If you choose to write a public review, describe your own visit in your own words. Specific observations are more helpful than broad claims about what every patient should expect.
Include only personal information you are comfortable making public. Keep insurance member numbers, payment details and private medical records out of your review. For a question about your bill or ongoing symptoms, contact the office directly.
Your questions
Frequently asked questions
About premier dentistry reviews and visiting Premier Dentistry.
Can a review tell me which dental treatment I need?
No. Similar symptoms can have different causes. Reviews describe individual experiences; a dental assessment is needed to identify your problem and consider suitable treatment. Use reviews to prepare questions about communication and the visit experience.
Does a review mentioning an emergency appointment mean I can get the same appointment time?
A review describes what happened during that person's visit. Contact the office about scheduling and describe your symptoms before traveling. For difficulty breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading facial or neck swelling, or uncontrolled bleeding, seek emergency medical care immediately.
Can I use another patient's review to estimate my bill?
Another person's charges may reflect different treatment, insurance benefits and timing. Ask about the examination fee, what it includes and any separately charged services. For proposed treatment, request an itemized estimate and check your benefits with your insurer.
What details make a patient review helpful?
The visit date, reason for attending and specific observations about the experience provide useful context. Describe what you personally experienced, avoid sharing another patient's information and leave sensitive account or medical details out of public posts.
