A specific practice to contact in the Loop

Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park gives your search a clear destination on North Michigan Avenue. The practice is associated with Dr. Nechama Brand and is located in Suite 1503. Save the practice name alongside the complete address so you can identify the office when arranging a visit or sharing travel details with someone helping you.

Use your first conversation to address the practical questions that matter to you. Ask whether the office can assess your symptoms, when a visit could be arranged, and how to prepare. Mention dental anxiety or an accommodation need early. Write down appointment details, arrival instructions, and any guidance about protecting the affected tooth before you leave.

If you are away from your usual dentist, explain where and when your most recent treatment took place. Ask how relevant records could be shared and discuss any upcoming travel. Knowing your schedule helps frame questions about follow-up, particularly if you will soon leave Chicago. Keep the name and contact information of your regular dental office available if you have them.

A Truly Positive Experience! I can't thank this dental office enough! From my very first visit with the hygienist to my most recent appointment, every interaction has been absolutely delightful. I've already raved about my experience to several people. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything went. I genuinely felt **no pain**, even after the Novocain wore off, which was a huge relief. My only "challenge" now is remembering to chew on my right side because my treated left side feels so incredibly normal! The entire team made what could have been a daunting change a truly positive experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brand, thank you! She is a very confident, positive and vibrant person. Dr. Brand understands the practicality, importance and artistic value of one’s teeth. The dental areas/spaces have advanced technological equipment and the best part is WTTW’s Food Channel. The attentive and professional tone of the dental assistants and office staff is noted as they work alongside Dr. Brand. Personally, for over 50 years I’ve walked into these offices and received excellent dental care and advice. Again, thanks! Christina

Matt Warakomski

Ended up breaking my tooth in a skateboard accident. Dr. Brand saw me that day. She capped the tooth and it looks like nothing happened. I tell people I broke a tooth and show the repair and they are always amazed by how normal it looks (down to the slight yellowing to match my natural teeth). Would highly recommend for cosmetic dental procedures.

When a tooth goes AWOL, sideways, you name it, you would think a trip to the dentist would be the last form of pleasure on Earth. Au contraire, mon ami. Premier Dentistry is my favorite destination for tooth repairs and maintenance. Dr. Brand is superb. Everyone at Premier is tops.

From our patient testimonials
Highly recommend. been going to Dr. Brand and Premier Dentistry for years, and they are the best dental practice I've ever been to. Dr. Brand is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, as are all of the hygienists, receptionists, and other people there. They make communications and appointments easy, are flexible, and always discuss costs thoroughly with me beforehand. Dr. Brand has solved some dental issues that other practices either caused or had no solution for. I wish I could bring them with me when I move out of Chicago soon!

Talk about what has changed

Concerns you can discuss with our team.

  • Persistent tooth pain
  • A chipped or broken tooth
  • Pain when biting
  • A loose adult tooth after injury
  • A lost crown or filling
  • Swelling around a tooth
  • A knocked-out adult tooth
  • A damaged denture or appliance

Recognize symptoms that need faster action

Persistent toothache, a loose adult tooth, localized swelling, or damage after an accident deserves prompt dental advice. Tell the office whether you can eat, open your mouth normally, and bring your teeth together comfortably. If the problem followed an impact, note the time, what struck your face, and whether any teeth have moved. Report changes even when the visible chip seems small.

Call 911 for difficulty breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading facial or neck swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or serious facial trauma. Fever together with dental swelling or feeling significantly unwell needs urgent assessment. If these symptoms develop while you are arranging a dental visit, seek urgent medical attention. Ask someone nearby for help if you feel faint or unsafe traveling.

Pain after hot or cold drinks

Describe how long sensitivity continues after the drink is gone and whether pain also occurs on its own. Choose comfortable food temperatures and avoid repeatedly testing the tooth with ice or hot liquids.

A crown or filling that comes out

Save the recovered dental piece and protect the exposed area from chewing pressure. Keep it clean with gentle brushing. Avoid household glue and ask a dental professional how to protect the tooth until assessment.

Swelling that is changing

Track where swelling began and how quickly it has grown. Mention drainage, a bad taste, fever, or reduced mouth opening. Keep your hands away from the area and avoid squeezing or puncturing it.

Before your visit

Useful information for your next step.

Manage the next few steps away from home

Pause chewing on the affected side and choose soft food if you need to eat. A gentle rinse with warm water can help clear loose debris. If food is caught between intact teeth, floss carefully without forcing it into a painful area. Stop if floss catches on damaged dental work. Avoid sharp objects, repeated biting tests, and attempts to file a rough tooth.

For discomfort following an injury, hold a cloth-wrapped cold compress against the outside of your cheek for short intervals. Use pain medicine only according to its label and your own health needs. A pharmacist can help with questions about interactions or duplicate ingredients. Keep a note of the product, amount, and time taken to share with the clinician evaluating you.

If a permanent tooth is knocked out, act immediately. Handle it by the crown and keep the root untouched. Rinse gently if dirty, without scrubbing. An alert adult may gently replace their tooth in its socket if it fits easily; never force it. Otherwise, keep it moist in milk or tooth-preservation solution and seek immediate dental attention. A baby tooth should stay out of its socket.

Watch for changes as you prepare to leave. Record increasing swelling, new fever, or pain that becomes constant. Tell the office about these developments when seeking advice. Keep your phone accessible and your confirmed destination available. For an injury involving heavy bleeding, breathing difficulty, or major facial damage, call 911 immediately.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

About emergency dental near me and visiting Premier Dentistry.

Where is the office when I search for emergency dental near me in the Loop?

Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park is at 30 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1503, Chicago, IL 60602, near Millennium Park. Save the full street address and suite number. Contact the practice to describe your symptoms, ask about an assessment, and confirm arrangements. Ask any building access or arrival questions during that conversation so you can prepare your trip.

What should I check before traveling to a nearby dental office?

Confirm that the office can evaluate your concern and agree on appointment arrangements. Explain any swelling, injury, bleeding, or worsening pain early in the call. Ask what to bring and how to reach the suite. Check your route using current travel information, and arrange someone to accompany you if pain makes it difficult to concentrate or travel comfortably.

How can I describe tooth pain that starts during my workday?

Begin with when it started and where you feel it. Explain whether the pain is constant, comes in waves, or follows chewing or drinking. Mention lingering sensitivity, swelling, and any recent dental treatment. Write down medicines you have taken and their timing. These details give you a clear symptom history to share while asking about an emergency dental visit.

Can I seek dental advice while visiting Chicago without my usual records?

Contact a dental office and explain that you are visiting. Share your medical history, medicines, allergies, and what you remember about recent treatment. Ask how your regular dentist could send relevant records. Mention when you expect to travel again and ask what follow-up may be needed. Seek urgent assessment promptly for a significant injury, worsening swelling, or severe symptoms.

What cost questions should I ask when arranging a nearby visit?

Ask the charge for the initial assessment and what that assessment includes. Find out whether diagnostic services could add to the cost. When treatment options are discussed, request estimates and ask how follow-up visits affect the total. If you plan to use insurance, have your plan information ready and ask the office and insurer to clarify applicable benefits and expected personal costs.

When should I stop searching nearby and seek emergency medical help?

Call 911 for trouble breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading face or neck swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or serious facial trauma. Fever with dental swelling or feeling significantly unwell needs urgent assessment. A knocked-out permanent tooth requires immediate dental attention. Keep it moist, handle it by the crown, and seek an available dental provider immediately; major accompanying injuries require emergency medical care.
